The New Face of Spain

Exploring the Wines and Styles of Spain's Emerging Wine Regions

At Barcelona Restaurant | Cathedral Heights

Tuesday, May 31, 2016

How does a wine revolution take shape? It starts with a number of key ingredients: know-how, passion, the right locations,

rigorous vineyard work, and some very old vines. Toiling in little-known, unfashionable, or virtually inaccessible places, utilizing oft forgotten or overlooked varietals, there are new pioneers in Spain. They struggle in a way that is unthinkable for large, commercial operations. The wines they produce are labors of love, and theirs are some of the most exciting projects in all of Spain.

Join Todd Ross from Circle Wine & Spirits as we enjoy an evening of exceptional Spanish wines

accompanied by a menu of tapas prepared by Barcelona Restaurant.
